Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every booking made on this site or by WhatsApp. They are written to be understood, not to be long.
Booking and deposit
A 20 CHF deposit secures your slot. It is deducted from the price. The rest, the balance, is paid at the latest at the end of the appointment. You can also pay the full style at booking, or the balance the day before through the link you receive.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Free up to 48 hours before the appointment, from your account or by WhatsApp. After that, the deposit is kept.
Hair and products
For styles with curly hair or extensions (Boho Braids, Boho Fulani, Island Twist, Miracle Knots, Ponytail), the hair is supplied by the salon. Its price depends on texture and length and is added to the style price, as shown at booking. For the other braids and weaves, you choose at booking: bring your own hair, or have the salon supply it at 7 CHF per pack, paid at the salon. In both cases, the number of packs is confirmed with Gaëlle on WhatsApp after booking.
Hair preparation
You come with washed, detangled hair and no braids. Otherwise the preparation is done on site and added to the price: take-down 40 CHF, detangling 50 CHF, wash 40 CHF. If you choose at that point not to continue, 50% of the booked style remains due.
During the styling
Gaëlle has you approve the result at two moments, after the first braids and at the end. That is the time to say everything: she adjusts. Any change from the booked style is priced from the grid and announced before it is done.
After the styling
Once the style is finished and approved together, it is due in full. No refund is possible for dissatisfaction expressed after approval.
Paying the balance
The balance is paid by TWINT, card or cash, at the latest at the end of the appointment. By booking with a card, you accept that it is saved and charged for the balance if no other payment has been made at the end of the appointment. The day before, we simply ask how you plan to pay. Without a saved card, an unpaid balance triggers reminders with a payment link.
Lateness
More than 20 minutes late, the service may be adapted or postponed, the deposit being kept.
Shop
Full payment at order. Free pickup at the salon. Shipping at the client's expense as displayed. Returns accepted within 14 days for unused products.
Prices
Prices in Swiss francs, VAT not applicable. The price shown at booking is the price due, options and hair included.
